Short answer
General NP independence remains unresolved in the captured provisions. For nonablative cosmetic medical procedures except hair removal, §58-1-506(3) names NP evaluation/planning and APRN supervision roles, each requiring the relevant unrestricted license.
"APRN" means advanced practice registered nurse. (4) "APRN-CRNA" means advanced practice registered nurse with registered nurse anesthetist certification.
