What changed

Every safety data sheet on file is re-read on a schedule, and what it said when we read it is kept. That is the one thing a binder cannot do for itself — a printed document is right on the day it prints, and the failure named in every industry source is the binder assembled when the practice opened and never updated since.

The watch re-reads up to 40 sheets a day, least-recently-read first, so the whole catalogue comes round every few days. The last scheduled sweep ran on 2026-09-10, re-reading 40 sheets.

This catalogue holds the sheets published on the SDS indexes of the manufacturers listed above, retrieved and opened on the dates shown. A product that is absent is a product we have NOT looked up — never evidence that no sheet exists for it. Manufacturers without a public index are reached through the clinic’s own distributor account or by a direct request under 1910.1200(g)(6)(iii), which the manufacturer is obliged to answer.

A sheet is identified by its URL. A manufacturer who moves a sheet to a new address is a new document here until something proves otherwise — which is the safe reading, not a limitation we are hiding. This is regulatory reference, not legal advice.
