One corporate-practice or scope-of-practice misstep can be ruinous: in California, a non-compliant med spa can be charged under Bus. & Prof. Code §2417.5 with penalties up to $500,000 — plus license revocation and a cease-and-desist that closes your doors. MedSpaRadar catches the change before it becomes one — for the price of a single filler syringe a month.source

Advising one practice? All-Access covers every state for a single practice.

What none of this is

  • It is not legal advice. Every answer is a statute or board rule, quoted and linked, with the date we read it. What it means for your practice is a question for your attorney, and we say so on every page rather than in a footer.
  • Most months are quiet, and that is the product working. At two to three material items a month, a subscription that correctly reports nothing happened is doing its job. If you want something to read every week, this is the wrong purchase — take the free Brief and keep your money.
  • Coverage is not the same as an answer. We scan all 50 state legislatures plus the FDA and the Federal Register. We hold a cited rules reference for far fewer, and /data-status says which, publicly, without a login.
  • A bill is not a law. Most legislation we publish is introduced and will never pass. Every bill carries its actual standing — introduced, passed one chamber, signed, or died in committee — so you can tell the difference before you act on it.
