The February 2027 PCAC meeting
FDA has said it will convene the Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee before the end of February 2027 to review five more peptides for the 503A Bulks List. FDA has not posted an exact date — so this page states the window, not a day, and will carry the date when the notice publishes.
A PCAC vote does not change what is legal. The committee advises; FDA is not bound by it. The event that actually permits 503A compounding is Category 1 placement on the Bulks List, which requires notice-and-comment rulemaking — commonly 8–12 months after a favourable vote. Nothing on this page becomes compoundable on the day of the meeting.
The five peptides under review
Each was nominated for the 503A Bulks List, and each had its earlier nomination withdrawn by FDA around April 2026. Current standing is read live from the substance tracker.

What each outcome would mean
PCAC recommends listing
The committee votes in favour of adding the substance to the 503A Bulks List. This does NOT make it compoundable. FDA is not bound by the recommendation, and Category 1 placement — the event that actually permits 503A compounding — requires notice-and-comment rulemaking, commonly 8–12 months after.
PCAC recommends against listing
The substance stays off the 503A Bulks List and remains not compoundable under 503A. This is what happened to BPC-157, KPV, TB-500 and MOTS-c at the July 2026 meetings, each on a recorded vote tally.
Deferred or no vote taken
The review is postponed or the committee asks for more data. Standing is unchanged: a substance that was not compoundable before the meeting is not compoundable after it.
