Advertising the practice of medicine in a MISLEADING, FALSE OR DECEPTIVE MANNER is a ground for discipline in Wyoming. Two neighbouring grounds reach the identity a practice trades under: impersonating another licensee or practicing medicine under a false or assumed name, and permitting or allowing any person to use the licensee's diploma, license or certificate of registration.
