Pharmacists may compound preparations in limited quantities prior to receiving a valid prescription based on a history of receiving valid prescriptions that have been generated solely with an established pharmacist/patient/ prescriber relationship. The justification is a history of real prescriptions inside an established pharmacist/patient/prescriber relationship — not projected demand, and not a clinic’s intention to sell.

There is hereby created and established a "Board of Cosmetology and Barber Examiners" for the purpose of licensing all persons engaged in the practice of cosmetology, manicuring, esthetics, and barbering, including but not limited to shaving or trimming the beard or cutting the hair.
