Med spa regulations by state, with the citation for every one
1,094 rows across 51 states and 27regulatory questions. Every row names the statute or board rule the answer was read from, links to the publisher’s own copy, and carries the date we checked it — most recently Sep 28, 2026. Free, and free to republish with attribution.

What each row carries

| question, questionLabel | Which regulatory question the row answers — ownership, supervision, scope, and so on. |
| citation | The statute or board rule, written as that state writes it. |
| sourceUrl | The publisher’s own copy of that document — a legislature, a board, or a state code site. |
| readAt, readAtName | Where we actually read it, when that is not the citation’s own URL — some states refuse automated clients, so the claim is judged against a named mirror. Empty when the two are the same. |
| verified | The date we last read the claim against that document. |
| attested | True where our adjudication ledger holds a supported verdict for that exact sentence and citation. |
| page | Our public page for the answer, so a citation can be followed to the reasoning. |
What it does not carry. The rule text itself, and no yes/no. A yes-or-no is a paraphrase of a rule, and a paraphrase is the thing that gets quoted back at a board inspection — so this file tells you which document to read and when we last read it. The full text, the change feed and programmatic access are the API.

How it was built
Every claim was read from the publisher’s own document — a legislature, a licensing board, a state code site — and then judged, by a separate pass, against that same document: does the text support the sentence we wrote, word for word? Only a claim that came back supported is published, and the attested column says so per row. The method, including what we cannot read.
